Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit once fulfilled.

If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email/telephone. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Standard Domestic Shipping $10

Express Domestic Shipping $15

Orders over $100 receive free standard shipping.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time or if there seems to be a delay, please contact us at koko.catering.koko@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Our domestic postal service (Sendle) does not send to P.O. boxes, in this instance you will be receiving the parcel via Australia Post.
